Start here

The whole thing, in one minute.

We run video ads on Facebook and Instagram to Singaporeans, mostly in their fifties and sixties, who have real money sitting in CPF and in the bank.
The ad does not sell insurance. It explains one thing they half knew about their own CPF, then offers them a free two minute check that works out their retirement number.
To get the result they give a mobile number. That number goes straight to an AI that talks to them on WhatsApp, answers their questions, handles the usual objections, and books them into your calendar. It does this at any hour, inside a minute.
You get a name, their age, what they hold, what worries them, and a confirmed time. Then you do the only part we cannot do. You meet them and you close.
We build it in about three weeks, run it for five months, and review it with you every week for the first month.
What you put in
About one hour for the deep dive. Half a day to film one video. Roughly S$1,000 a month of ad budget. Then your normal selling time.
What you stop doing
Cold calling. Chasing your own leads at 11pm. Working a list of people who were never going to buy. Paying for leads that several other advisers also bought.
Everything after this explains one of those lines02
The problem · what most advisers do

There are two ways to grow. Only one of them scales.

The volume trap
Where most advisers are. More leads, more hours, same income.
×Image ads that reach everybody
×Mass market leads with no assets, no CPF, no budget
×You chase and follow up by hand, one message at a time
×Leads go cold while you are in a meeting
×45 to 55 hours a week to stand still
Attracting high value clients
Fewer leads. Bigger cases. The same week, less of it spent chasing.
✓Video ads that teach and filter before anyone opts in
✓Mass affluent to high net worth prospects
✓AI follow up that never sleeps and never forgets
✓Trust built before you meet, so the meeting is about the plan
✓Fewer clients, bigger cases, more of your week back
The difference is who is sitting across from you03
The problem · the arithmetic of a cheap lead

A cheap lead is the expensive one.

MASS MARKET S$1,000 a month of spare income S$500 a month already hurts them MASS AFFLUENT TO HNW S$300K to S$1M in cash, sitting and doing nothing Moving S$100K of it is normal Same hour of your time. Same meeting. Same paperwork. One of them pays you a few hundred dollars of commission. The other can pay you five figures, then introduce you to friends. The lead price is not the cost. The wasted hour is the cost. This is why we would rather send you 50 good leads than 500 cheap ones.
Most lead sellers are paid by the lead, so they optimise for volume. The cheapest way to get volume is to advertise to everybody with a picture and a headline.
You then spend your week on people who cannot afford the plan you would recommend. The lead cost S$3. The meeting cost you two hours and the parking.
We do the opposite. The video is long enough and specific enough that most people scroll past. The ones who stop are the ones who recognise themselves.
Our advisers get fewer leads than a mass market agency would send them. That is the point, not a side effect.
Why we filter before you ever see a name04
The market · what people actually want to talk about

Nobody wants a product. They want an answer.

Put an ad in front of a 55 year old Singaporean about investment or insurance and they scroll past. They have heard it. They assume you are selling.
Put an ad in front of the same person about what CPF LIFE will actually pay them at 65, and they stop. It is their money, it is a number they have never worked out, and nobody has explained it to them.
That is the whole trick. We lead with the thing they already worry about, not the thing you happen to sell. By the time they book, they want the conversation.
The product conversation still happens. It happens in your meeting, where it belongs, with someone who is already listening.

CPF balance distribution by band
CPF member balances by band, in thousands of members. Published CPF annual report figures as at 31 December 2024. Members include PRs, not only citizens.
We set the filter at S$200k, not S$500k, so the pool you can talk to is larger again. You are never short of people. You are short of a way to reach them that does not eat your week.
The pool is not the problem06
The process

Six steps. We do five of them.

This is the whole system. Every slide after this one takes a single step and shows you it actually running on a live account.
1
A video ad goes out
Your face, your words, aimed at people in their fifties and sixties with real CPF balances.
We do it
2
They take a free check
Seven short questions about the life they want. At the end they see their retirement number.
We do it
3
The ones who do not fit drop out
A working mobile number and a minimum CPF balance before anything reaches you.
We do it
4
The AI talks to them
On WhatsApp, inside a minute, any hour. It answers, it handles objections, it books your calendar.
We do it
5
They turn up warm
Reminders, a confirmation, and material that builds trust before you sit down.
We do it
6
You meet and you close
The one part nobody can do for you. You also tell us what the leads were like, and we retune.
You do it
Build takes about three weeks. Then it runs.07
Step 1 · the ad

Video, never a picture. Here is why.

Frame from a CPF video ad
Second 6
Frame from a CPF video ad
Second 21
A picture with a headline gets a cheap click from anyone with a thumb. A sixty second video does the teaching for you, so the person who opts in already understands the problem before they ever speak to you.
It also filters. Someone who watches a whole minute about CPF payouts at 65 is telling you something about themselves that no targeting setting can.
1
It names the thing they half knew
What CPF LIFE actually pays at 65, in dollars a month.
2
It shows the gap without scaring anyone
No product named and no investment return quoted. Checked against MAS advertising guidelines and Meta policy before it runs, then your own compliance signs it off.
3
Then it offers a check, not a call
Two minutes, no obligation, no salesperson. A much easier yes than “book a consultation”.
You film this once, in about half a day. We write the script, check it for compliance, and hand you the words.
Frames from an existing client campaign. Yours is written and filmed fresh.08
Step 2 · the free check

They came for a number. You get the whole picture.

This is live right now. Sliders and buttons, no typing until the end. The page promises thirty seconds and most people take a minute or two. It never names a product.
Funnel step 5
What they own
Funnel step 2
Who they plan for
Funnel step 3
Age and retirement date
Funnel step 4
Where they will live
Funnel step 6
How they live
Every answer is saved against the lead. By the time you call you know whether they plan alone or with a spouse, when they want to stop working, whether they are in an HDB or landed, and how they spend.
This replaced an ebook. The ebook got downloads. The check gets you a conversation, because they want to see their own number.
Built on your branding, sitting on your own link09
Step 3 · the filter

Most of the traffic never reaches you.

Everyone who sees the ad Watches it, starts the check Leaves a working mobile Declares S$200K+ in CPF costs you nothing extraevery answer captured as they godrops the fake numbers the only ones the AI contacts
Three things have to be true before a name reaches your phone. They watched enough of the video to care. They gave a working mobile number. And they declared at least S$200,000 in CPF, which is the floor we normally set with you.
Anyone who fails one of those never costs you a minute. You do not see them, you do not call them, and the AI does not message them.
This is why your lead count looks small next to what a mass market agency quotes. We are selling you meetings, not names.
A declared CPF balance is not proof of spare cash. You still do the needs and affordability work in the meeting, exactly as you would with any client.
The floor is set with you on the deep dive10
Step 4 · the AI appointment setter

What happens in the first sixty seconds.

The moment they finish the check, an AI starts a WhatsApp conversation on your own number. Not an email. Not a form notification to you. A real message to them, while they are still holding the phone.
It opens with the thing their answers flagged. It asks one qualifying question at a time. When they are ready it offers real slots from your calendar and books the one they pick. Then it reminds them until they turn up.
When somebody asks a question it was never scripted for, it answers anyway. When somebody should be speaking to a human, it stops and hands them to you with the whole conversation attached.
The next three slides are six real conversations from live accounts. Most are advisers we run this for. One is our own account, and it is marked. Names, numbers, firm names and addresses are blurred. Nothing else has been touched.

The two objections that kill most follow up.

WhatsApp conversation where a lead says this feels like a scam
“Feels like a scam”
WhatsApp conversation where a lead says they are not working
“I am not working”
Left. The lead says it outright: this feels like a scam. The AI does not argue and it does not go quiet. It points to the licensed firm and the institutions behind the session, admits plenty of people feel the same at first, and offers a call with a human before she commits to anything.
Right. Different lead, different objection. She is not working, so she assumes none of this applies to her. The AI reframes it: you can still plan with the CPF money you already have.
These two objections are where most adviser follow up dies. Not because advisers cannot answer them, but because the answer arrives three days later, when the person has moved on.
What to notice
Look at the timestamps. She wrote “feels like a scam” at 1.09pm and the answer came back at 1.10pm, with no human reading anything.
Both of these are live adviser accounts. Names, numbers, firm names and addresses are blurred. Nothing else is edited. These are the bot’s own words as it runs today, which is also why you will want your compliance team on the wording before yours goes live.
Every line it can say is written with you and signed off before it goes live12
Real conversation · 2 of 3

It bends to the person, and it waits.

Conversation where a lead in a wheelchair asks to meet closer to home
“I’m on wheelchair”
Conversation where a lead who asked to be contacted in June comes back in September
“Can we set a meeting next Saturday”
Left. The lead says she is in a wheelchair and travelling is hard. Nobody scripted that. The AI thanks her, offers to meet somewhere near her instead, and comes back with a fresh set of dates. She picks one, 24 March at 3pm.
Right. This one is the part people underestimate. In the top half the lead says come back to me in June, so the AI closes politely and lets go. In September the lead comes back by herself asking for a meeting next Saturday, and the AI picks it straight up with times, one minute later.
Neither of these is a menu bot behaviour. One would have repeated the same three time slots at a woman who just said she cannot travel. The other would have lost a lead who went quiet for four months.
You set the rules it bends inside. Zoom allowed or face to face only. Which areas you will travel to. How far ahead your calendar opens. We write those rules with you and you can change them any week.
Same system, your rules13
Real conversation · 3 of 3

And then it actually books.

Conversation where a lead asks how long the call is and then books
Night time. Our own account.
Conversation where the lead picks a slot and gets a confirmation
Slot picked and confirmed
Left, and this one is our own account rather than an adviser’s. “How long is the phone call?” asked at 9.31pm, answered at 9.33pm. “Sure!” at 11.19pm, answered at 11.20pm. Two minutes and one minute, at an hour when nobody is working.
Right, an adviser’s account. The lead picks 10am, and the system writes it back: the day, the date, the time and where to go. That appointment is now in the adviser’s calendar and in the CRM, with the whole conversation attached.
The point of all three slides
Nothing above needed you. You opened your calendar the next morning and the meeting was in it, with the context already written down.
When somebody genuinely needs a person, the AI stops and tells you, rather than guessing. Our own callers also work the list by phone, so a lead who never replies on WhatsApp still gets reached. That calling team is included, and it is in the split on the next few slides.
Confirmations and reminders are automatic14
Step 5 · before you meet

A booking is worth nothing if they do not turn up.

Most lead agencies stop at the booking. That is where the number looks good and the week falls apart. An appointment that no shows costs you the slot, the travel and the preparation.
So between the booking and the meeting, the system keeps working on them. They get a confirmation straight away. They get a reminder the day before and again on the day. They get something useful to read so that your name is already familiar.
If they go quiet, the AI asks again rather than letting the slot die. If they need to move it, it moves it and tells you, instead of leaving you sitting in a cafe.
Across the advisers we run this for, about nine in ten booked appointments turn up. Half the trust work is done before you say hello.

What lands on your desk

You do not get a name and a phone number.

A real sample of what the check captures, taken from a live account. Ten people, one row each. No names here, because the point is the shape of the data, not the person.
Table of ten leads showing age, CPF balance, cash savings, desired monthly income and top concern
You can see all of this before you dial: how old they are, what sits in CPF, what sits in cash, the monthly income they want in retirement, and the thing that actually worries them.
Three of these ten declared more than a million dollars across CPF and cash. Several want five to ten thousand a month in retirement.
That is a planning conversation on day one, not a product pitch you have to earn the right to make.
This is the raw capture, before the floor is applied. The bottom row, S$140K in CPF at age 40, is exactly the one a S$200K floor removes before it ever reaches you. Declared figures, so you still do your own fact find in the meeting.

One adviser, one campaign, two months. The two 75% figures are a coincidence in this sample, not a typo. Declared figures, not verified statements of wealth. Your own mix will differ.

Being straight with you

What this does not do.

You have probably been sold leads before. So here is the part most decks leave out, before you spend anything.
It does not close for you
The AI gets them to the table warm and informed. Everything after hello is your skill. If you cannot close a prepared prospect, this will not fix that.
It does not promise returns
No ad or page of ours quotes a rate of return or names a product. We check everything against MAS advertising guidelines and Meta policy, and then your own compliance team signs it off. They are the ones who can, not us.
It is not instant
About three weeks to build and film. Then the first month is spent learning who responds in your market. Advisers who judge it on week two judge it on noise.
A declared balance is not a bank statement
People tell us what they hold. Most are accurate, some round up. You still run your own fact find.
Nobody can promise you a number
Every figure in this deck belongs to the adviser who earned it. None of them is a forecast of what you will do.

Now the right one. Idle cash above a million dollars. Three hundred to five hundred thousand. Five hundred thousand to a million. Wanting five to eight thousand a month in retirement.
And look at the concerns they picked: inflation eating their savings, not generating enough returns, and the honest one, not knowing whether their plan is actually enough. Two different versions of the check are shown here, which is why one records bands and the other records figures.

Short bursts, small budgets, booked appointments rather than attended ones, and these are the campaigns that worked. The planning numbers on the next slide are far more cautious than this table on purpose, because that is the honest way to decide whether to spend S$8,000.
We show you the bad rows as well as the good ones because you are going to live somewhere in this range, not at the top of it. Which row you land on depends on your offer, your market and how fast you give us feedback.
One more number from the same campaigns: around half of all appointments get booked after 9pm, when the telemarketing window has closed and you would not be calling anyone anyway.
Past campaigns for other advisers, booked appointments not attended ones. Cost per appointment varies by offer, audience and season, and is not a rate we quote you.

Conservative
S$1,000 a month of ads. Five appointments booked by the AI, five you book yourself. You close one client a month, at S$30,000 annual premium.
S$30,000

With the cases you write
Thirty attended appointments across five months. You close two in ten, at S$50,000 annual premium. That is six clients.
S$60,000
gross commission over the five months, same 20% assumption.
Against the cost
S$8,000 fee plus S$5,000 of ads over five months. Thirteen thousand all in.
Two cases at S$30K annual premium cover the fee. Three cover the fee and every dollar of ad spend.
S$17,000 → S$47,000

None of this counts referrals. Every client you close knows other people in the same position, and those conversations do not cost you an ad dollar.
Illustrations, not projections or guarantees. They assume a 20% commission and are before other costs, tax and clawbacks. Your own close rate and case sizes decide the result.

Five other agencies that advisers in Singapore use, side by side with us. We have left their names out. The prices are what each one advertises. The rest of the table is our own read, from what advisers tell us when they come to us after trying them, so treat it as our opinion and check it.

Per month we are the dearest on the row: S$1,600 against roughly S$600 to S$1,500. The cheaper options are not scams. They are selling you a different thing, a list of mass market names that you then work by hand. If your time were free, they would be the better buy.
Pricing as advertised by each agency at the time of writing. The other rows are our assessment.30
Fit

We say no to most advisers who ask.

This is for you if
You are at least an MDRT producer
You are already writing S$100K+ of annual premium
You want to grow without adding hours
You are willing to put S$2K to S$5K a month all in into attracting prospects who can give you S$10K+ per closure. On this package that is about S$1,600 of fee a month plus S$1,000 of ads
You are competent in holistic planning, and ethical about it
You will tell us the truth about the leads every week
This is not for you if
You are a brand new adviser
You have not written at least S$50K of annual premium before
You care more about the incentive than the client
You push products instead of planning
You expect it to work with zero effort from you
You will not adapt what you say when the data says to
We turn down more advisers than we take. The best leads deserve the best advisers, and we have to live with whoever sits across from them.
If you are not a fit we will tell you on the call31
Timeline

Three weeks to build. Then it runs for five months.

Day 0Deep diveand video plan Day 14Your video filmed, lead magnet built Day 21AI bot and campaignsbuilt, you review them LaunchYou fund the ads, leads start arriving Weeks 1 to 4Weekly review with us,then month 3 refresh
Your only hard deadline
Half a day in front of a camera around day 7 to 14. Everything else fits around your diary.
First leads
Usually within days of launch. First appointments normally inside the first two weeks of running.
Month 3
A second deep dive and new campaigns, so the five months do not run on one tired idea.
The five months of management start when the campaign goes live, not on the day you pay. Nothing is counting down while we are still building.
Launch follows setup and your approvals32
The questions you are already thinking

Asked and answered, before you ask.

“I have been burned by a lead gen agency before.”
Most advisers we speak to have. The honest answer is that the AI is a tool that supports your follow up, not a replacement for you. The advisers who get nothing from this are the ones who hand it the leads and stop paying attention. You will see every conversation and every number, weekly, including the weeks that look bad.
“Can I pay monthly instead of up front?”
No, and here is why. Almost all of the work happens before you see a single lead: the video, the lead magnet, the bot, the campaigns, the compliance pass. We fund that work up front and then carry it for five months. Paying up front is what lets us put the whole build in at the start instead of drip feeding it.
“Eight thousand is a lot.”
It is. Measure it against one case. On the illustrations earlier, two cases at S$30,000 annual premium cover the whole fee, and everything after that is yours. Measure it also against the cost of another five months of prospecting the way you do it now.
Bring harder questions than these to the call33
One next step

Give me sixty minutes and your real numbers.

Not a pitch. We sit down for an hour, look at what you are closing now, what a case is worth to you, and what your calendar actually looks like. At the end of it you will know whether this is worth eight thousand dollars to you, and if it is not, I will say so.
If you want to go ahead
Reply with two times that work this week. We start with the deep dive, and your video gets filmed inside the first fortnight.
If you are not sure
Tell me which slide you did not believe. I would rather send you the raw screenshots behind it than have you decide on a deck.
If the timing is wrong
Say when, and I will come back then. We only take three to five advisers a month, so it is worth telling me early.
